Return Policy


Regardless of age, we will accept your return as long as the product is in new, unused condition and with the original packaging and tags. If they are not in this condition upon our receipt, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to the return. Returns received within 6 months of purchase date will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns received more than 6 months after the purchase date will be refunded as a store credit. Store credit expires one year from the date of issue.  To apply store credit towards a new purchase, please call our Customer Service team to place your order.


1. Recieve a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. You can call them toll-free at 877-300-1544 (Mon-Fri 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST), via email at [email protected] or via our live chat tool.

2. Once you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, note it on the outside and inside of your packages and return it to:

If you would prefer to utilize a prepaid shipping label, contact our Customer Service.  There is a $6.95 charge to use our prepaid return shipping label.  If you choose to ship it via other means, please be sure to use a traceable, insured method and obtain a tracking number to ensure its safe return to us.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  

3. Give us 2-3 weeks to process and you'll see a refund appear back to your original method of payment.

Please note that returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service Department. Returns received without prior authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee and/or may be refused at our discretion.


Orders are eligible for a return upon shipment from our warehouse. Shoes must be tested on a soft, carpeted surface and must have the shoe box to be returned. Shoes that have been street worn and/or scuffed in any way or are missing the original packaging (shoe box) will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Some product warranties are available through the manufacturer, and we may direct you to their warranty department for assistance. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor.
